Business Cards at The Hive

I'll start my recaps of the conference with my favorite thing, because I just simply love cards (all paper related things actually).
The "business card," is the one tangible thing you're left with after a brief or not so brief encounter with someone at a conference. A sort of reference point.
The time and effort in picking the right image, font and shape is evident when you actually get to meet the person behind the card.

Beautiful cards, beautiful people. I'm super happy to have gotten the chance of going back this year.
I'm leaving today for a few days (I know... I can't stay put in one place for too long), so on friday expect a really cool guest post!!
Here is a hint: Her card is up there!!

Have a lovely day!

Creating a Business Card

It is that time again! The time where I need cards for the blog. Still I can't make up my mind, and can't commit to a special design. So again, I've managed to make yet another version that takes quite a lot of time to make. I'm a master at making it more complicated than it actually is. See this post and this post if your curious.
Apparently 200 or 250 is an OK enough number of cards for the Alt Summit, but I don't think I managed to get to the 250 mark.

This washi-tape one was my first, and I still love it, but it is way too time consuming.

This one is a quick one, but I don't know, it feels it is not there yet.

And this is the one I'm taking to Alt, I've actually sown 200 cards, and stamped who know how many triangles. But it is still not there yet for some reason!!

I think my brain is running out of ideas, I think next stop is MOO. I don't feel like stamping or sewing anymore!

If you want to follow me around ALT and Salt Lake City I'll be instagraming and twitting (@giovabrusa).

Have a great day!
