I love NY!

I'm in Miami once again. Came back a week ago on thursday while Sandy was passing by and heading north. My flight was delayed and then while arriving the plane moved like a blender but finally landed safely! I never expected to be lucking out; never in a million years did I think this passing storm would end up in NY with such rage. I'm so scared of nature! And thunder and lightning...
All of my friends are well (gracias a Dios!) and in the surroundings were I used to live everything is fine except for the torn trees, torn things. I love NY! Its really shocking how in a second everything changes! So if you can help in any way, please do!

New Yorkers are very strong and come out of the big obstacles that come with living in a city as big and as important as it is. I'm sending prayers and happy thoughts and good vibes in hopes that every.thing.will. be OK! Hoping that you and your loved ones are safe and well!
I know reading or watching the news is extremely alarming but there is a lot of things that can be done to help...
